The remit for the danceroom acoustics consisted of realising variable room acoustics with simple tools. The strongly reverberating room was fitted with a basic absorption in the ceiling area (design and digital fabrication: Gramazio & Kohler, Zürich) that prevents hard tonal sounds. Should the need arise, the reverberation time can be further reduced by means of sound-absorbing drapes, providing conditions reminiscent of chamber music that provide a stage for a detailed and clearly contoured acoustic and gestural movement expression.

In collaboration with SPLINE GMBH, we are realising HIGH END HIFI for SURROUND SOUND HOMECINEMAS: SE LINE SOURCES and SE room acoustics guarantee pleasantly transparent soundscapes at low and high volumes, with the lowest and highest frequency sounds.

The audio design of the BMW MUSEUM is an acousmatic sound installation. Around 1,000 largely invisible loudspeakers were distributed in such a way that in combination with an electroacoustic control system and suitable musical compositions, prearranged acoustic spatial and movement impressions can be created. Various different loudspeaker types are used: SE line sources, SE point sources, SE dipole sources, bending wave radiators and soundbeams.
